I love to taste great food. So, Ipoh and Penang are definitely the great destinations for you if you have share the same interest as mine.

November 23, 2006 on 1:36 pm | In Malaysia | No CommentsThe second destination was IPoh. The capital city of Perak state. Well, it is a sunset city. The only thing left is the great food. Local people call Ipoh as “little Hong Kong” when it comes to food. Here , again, I totally forgot about taking photo. In my mind, it was just “FOOD” .. ah….
Another specialty of Ipoh is Caves. You can find quite a number of chinese temples build in the caves.

What was this stall selling? PIRATED DVDs!!!! On the street!!!

The temple was built on top of mountain. So, you got to have patience and strength to climb up. Well, my mum is fit enough to do that. when it comes to praying.

Guan Ying. They claim to be the biggest in South East Asia.

November 23, 2006 on 12:32 pm | In Malaysia | No CommentsI made a big mistake. I forgot to take photos of my breakfast before I finished them! You know, how great is penang food? So……GREAT. Man, you gotta vising this small island, just for one reason. FOOD. The secret of great enjoyment : Drive around the island, and try the food at small coffee shops. Give hotel breakfast a miss. This is the sure way to enjoy.
Anyway, I don’t have much to show. I finished the food….
Tired of Starbuck coffee? Try this traditional south east asian style coffee. Cheap and great coffee!

The view from the hotel is great. I woke up early in the morning while my fiancee was sleeping, I snap some nice scenes of the morning penang.
