One Aussie trade

February 20, 2008 – 11:25 pm

Since I like the chart, I decided to post my recent Aussie trade. I entered long position 2 days ago. And moved stop to break even , taken partial profit yesterday, and exit the trade today. blah blah blah….same old stories. I am still watching AUD/USD. Waiting for the next opportunity to appear. Of course, not everything was winner, I got an late entry of AUDJPY yesterday, and was punished. o :

I am preparing my new day trading strategy to add into my trading toolbox, so far so good, let’s see how it goes.

Here is the ….. CHART!

Gav - I’m curious why you waited so long to exit the rest of your position. Seems like you would have gotten out in the 9170 area when the market took out those intermediate lows.

    John,
I was waiting for market to meet two conditions. Breaking my trend line and forming a lower high, before I decided to exit the rest of position.

uhm.., it might be a little late though…
