This is the first trade of my scalping strategy. Since it is a rather choppy day for equity futures. I had a negative view of Gold. Short position of ZG was established when Gold was stalled around upper bollinger band. My target was not achieved and I bailed out when it again stalled at [...]
I made an attempt to short NQ futures when a new downtrend cycle was formed. And I got stopped out by this choppy day. Trailing stopped was triggered with -0.89 R loss. Tough.
Journal note: This is a bad entry. Trying to dummy trade when everything was still in the range. Dumb trade.
