An experienced trader friend of mine recently gave me the advice to read 'Trading in the Zone' by Mark Douglas before I started trading live and that it would all fall into place when I did... it was a great help and can help any trader put the above comments into practice. I think the #1 failure pattern is simply lack of follow through. Many traders flit from idea to idea and market to market.
