Like you, I'm now trading in Singapore till abt 1-2am before going to bed. Used to stay up till market closed, but I was a light sleeper during day & I was simply not getting enough rest. And I was also aware that this sort of upside down hours is not going to do me good (health-wise & social-wise) in the long run. So I adjusted my trading style & am glad I did! All the best! I'm a US Marine Air Traffic Controller by day... Day Trader by night. It is rough, especially when you don't get to sleep until 2am and have to be up at 5am. haha I'm outta here in 1 month though... and looking forward to trading regular hours again. Trading from NZ was a nightmare, life was literally upside down :) In NZ I had to pay close attention to things like caffeine, eait habits, sleeping hours planning etc. From Sg and HK it's easier.
