Re: Dummy day trading 27-Jul-2006
July 27, 2006 – 1:38 pmAlrite, I am being a loser today. In fact, I did not pay much attention to the market. Instead, I was day dreaming, and doing some stupid work out of trading. Long opportunities appeared. Simple and profitable entries, and yet, no trade was taken.
Continue doing this, I will be hungry to death someday.
Anyway, here is the 15-min chart of MSCI Taiwan index futures.

Gav,
In my view, 265.5 is the first ideal enry point when the db broke out, 267 is the 2nd one when another smaller db broke out.

I can’t disagree with you. Your entries are safer option, and it is a good choice for swing trading. For day trading, I use inside day (inside period), reversal low/high to enter a trade.
